If you were wondering if the gems properties match their personalities, for the most part I did find that the metaphysical properties of the gems did somewhat reflect on the way the characters way of life. For ex. -Rose Quartz (Steven's Gem) emits a calming energy that gently removes negativity and helps people embrace the beauty of self-love, which is often what we find Steven doing, just as his mother once did. it is the "stone of gentle love", promoting receptivity to the beauty of all kinds.
